Clark and Amy Frogley founded Restorical LLC in 2015 several months after acquiring Sydonie Mansion. They recognized the importance and opportunity to preserve this amazing piece of architecture from the ravages of nature that threaten to remove her from our midsts. Amy, who is a trained oil and watercolor artist, quickly conceptualized the vision of restoring Sydonie into a living Museum so that the public could share in the stories and beauty of both the building and the history that has transpired between Sydonie's walls. In fact, as "Restorians" Clark and Amy hope Sydonie is just the first of many restoration projects that will turn select historical buildings into magical places for tours, weddings, corporate and special events in a way that will allow thousands of people to enjoy something that would otherwise stay in relative obscurity, or fall to decay altogether.
In order to make the venues the "one of a kind must see" locations that bring visitors from both near and far, Restorical is working to partner with select interior designers and builders who will have the opportunity as partners in the adaptive restoration process to showcase their work, talent and products in a very unique artistic canvas prepared for them decades earlier. As a permanent show home, these venues will host tens of thousands of visitors each and every month throughout the year.
If you are a builder or designer who would like to take part in the Sydonie project, please visit our contact page and send us a message. We look forward to discussing the possibilities.
